Question Imac 27" Windows 10

Hey guys, as the title says, a buddy of mine installed Windows 10 on a 27" imac. Prob is hard drive usage is at 100%
and speeds are way too slow (6.8 read / 6.2 write). The hdd is a hybrid one i think (apple hdd st1000dm003).
Any ideas whats going on?

Dm is regular hdd. Dx is the hybrid.
Use Seatools to check the drive for errors.
Use Resource monitor to see what is using the drive.
As usual, scan for Viruses & Malware.
Make sure drivers are up to date for the chipset and not the generic Microsoft ones.
Not sure if imacs let you set the sata mode to AHCI in the imac firmware. If it's not AHCI and you can change it, then let us know.
