My Friend is Trying To Build His First PC . He Is Not Too Familiar With This Kind of Stuff. So I Am Trying To Guide Him A Little ((With Best Upgrade Ability And Best Value For Money))(it is Around 900$ Build. Monitor Not Included ) ( He is Going To Use It For Everything For Gaming To Graphics D Stuff , Video Editing, for Drawing Etc Basically His One And Only PC For Maybe 5 Years or Lifetime. With Upgrades Here and there.🖖🖖🖖

Solution
There is no "lifetime", either AMD or Intel. Capabilities change, sockets change.
AMD is a bit better than Intel, but nowhere near "forever".
And "upgrades" are not needed all the time.

Buy and build the best PC that fits within the budget. Use it until it no longer fits the needs, then look into upgrading.

Intel socket Z490 boards will be compatible with the new Rocket Lake chips but with your budget I'd look at an AMD build with a B550 board.

Add a psu and gpu to this build and you're good to go.
