Important question about my PSU

I have just witnessed something strange in MBM5 with my psu

+3.3 = 3.09V
+5 = 4.97V
+12 = 1.55V
-12 = -170.75V
-5 = -5.20V

are the +12 and -12 readings normal because i'm getting random reboots and blue screens recently and i was wondering if it was the powersupply

Looks like the +12v and -12v are errors, I'd be more concerned about the 3.3v being only 3.09v, that is usually low enough to cause instability.
