Should i buy cheaper pc parts+144hz monitor now, or better parts now and monitor later. I already have an 80hz freesync 21:9 ultrawide.

How about you state a budget, where you're located and what you intend to do with the system? From there we can see if a budget build would help you on what you intend to do while on that Ultrawide screen.

Budget is 2000€. Im in Croatia but will be ordering from Germany, Austria etc. I want my system to run all modern games at about 100fps and more for games like Six siege and pubg. It needs to last at least 4-5 years without upgrading.

What parts do you have now?

Little doubt in my mind that better parts now and a different monitor later is the way to go.
And... better parts now should include a wait for the 9th gen intel processors.

If you go cheap parts now, you will forever be second guessing yourself.

Also i have fx 8320 and r9 290. Pretty weak.
