Incoming call problems...

Greetings from Atlanta, GA...I have no problems placing calls but since
purchasing my v600 to replace my v60 last week everyone tells me they are
having to call me 2-4 times before successfully connecting. Unsuccessful
attempts result in fast busy, "cannot be completed as dialed" message,
nothing at all, and spontaneous disconnect. Spoke with techs at Cingular
and so far no luck. First tech sent downloads but to my knowledge I haven't
received them. (I've gotten no indication that I've received them; however,
second tech resent and said their system showed them received successfully
by my phone.) Second tech also found registry flaws, i.e. home network was
0 and roaming was 0. She apparently fixed these problems but still having
incoming call problems same as before. Test calls failed with "no trunks
available". I get this same issue at all times of the day and night and on
the weekend so I don't think it's just system congestion. Never had this
problem with v60. Any ideas??

TIA-

JP

Hopefully its just a coincidence. You still have the v60 to swap SIM
cards in to test?

Just so you know...If he's in GA, he's on GSM 850 and his older V60 is a
TDMA phone and CAN'T have the SIM put in it to do any testing....Just
thought you might like to know, Robert.

Oh, BTW....<PLONK>...B'Bye....

Yeah, unfortunately Mark's right; my V60 is a TDMA phone. Thanks for the
post though.

Any other ideas anyone??
