From what I have heard Infineon is very good RAM. It is used on most GeForce2 GTS DDR boards. It is actually made by Siemens Corp.

I'm using infineon ram from www.mushkin.com now. Its been rock solid, and I'm currently running this pc133 infineon ram at 149 cas2...

I think Infineon was Siemans, or at least a branch of the company. If I remember correctly, most, if not all of the RAM on the GeForce DDR cards use Infineon.

I agree with the other posts. I have some Corsair PC133 CAS 3 RAM with Infineon and it works quite well...at CAS 2.
