[SOLVED] Infinite boot on startup

Every time I try and boot my pc I get the asrock logo and an infinite loading circle. How can I solve this?
Also before this happened 7 out of my 9 usbs on my pc didn't work.

Prefer you to clean install Windows. Follow this Link.
Before you start you should must have backup of all the files. I will not be responsible for any file which you deleted in this process.
