Question input randomly changes

ok, so both my pcs have started doing this. one is my main system and it is an rtx 3060, i have a computer monitor and a 55inch tv as my displays. my other pc is a sim setup and it has an rtx 2060 and it has a single 43 inch tv as my display it is also ran through a surround sound reciever. so every know and then my tvs only not my monitor will act like i changed the input and the screen goes black and comes back on saying what input im on. this isnt super annoying it just gets on my nerves if im doing something on my sim setup and i get killed or wreck because of a split second black screen. any fixes? any reason this is happening? thank you in advance.

Is this a recent problem? Any other changes to your setup? I always am wary of AV receivers since they have been flaky for me in the past

No new changes, it happens on both pcs. My other one doesn't have an av receiver just one. So I didn't know if there was a setting or maybe HDMI cable issue?
