Input signal out of range

Hello,
I just bought a Dell Optiplex 745 CPU desktop and I am having trouble with my Hanns G HW191D monitor accepting it - I keep getting input signal out of range - how can I fix this??? I have been able to start computer in safe mode but not regular mode

What was your former monitor? That will happen sometimes if your GPU is trying to push a higher resolution than your monitor can handle.
