Install.wim to ISO file

What's up guys ? I created a install.wim file and I want to create an iso file but I don't know how to do. I don't have other files. (Example : Setup.exe or .dll files) When I carry this file into prepared the iso file it doesn't work.

what OS is it, windows 10? may be easier to download an new image than convert
