Install Win10 SSD in a new computer

Hey guys,
Gonna upgrade my system in few days and I would like to just connect my current SSD to the new system so I won't have to reinstall everything.
I will have new CPU, Motherboard and RAM.
Is that possible in Win10 without too many troubles? I heard Win10 is highly adaptive...

The motherboard will be the trouble, changing CPU or memory wont change anything major on your system, the motherboard will require controllers and drivers changed...
