So I have an i9 9900k and had a cooler on it from EVGA, replaced it with a Corsair H100i and all is fine except that my temps are all over the place while using HWMonitor. I ran Lightroom and the PC restarted, take it temps got too hot. I put a small pea sized thermal paste and all, making sure all connections were good. Temps at idle are about 30 Celsius. Thoughts?

Solution
Too much information. The only thing I wanted to know is your temperature at full load.
From what I could see in that massive wall of text was upper 90, with one core at 100.

I'd make sure that the cooler is actually properly mounted and the thermal paste is making good contact. If you have more that is.

I'd also see if you have any oc applied and turn it off for now.

You're using a 240mm cooler on one of the hottest cpus. You'll run warm regardless but where it's at is too high.
