Installing AMD Graphics on a store bought machine with intel graphics

Hello, I bought a cheap desktop computer at the store and was hoping to upgrade it to be able to play some simple games like minecraft and what not. I had an extra AMD graphics card laying around and quickly found out i needed to purchase some items to get the computer to start putting power to the graphics card, after waiting a week for the stuff to come after purchasing it online i threw it all together and started trying to install the amd graphics drivers from my disk i had for the graphics card i wanted to install. I have uninstalled all previous graphics drivers and display drivers and i keep getting the same error message that i was getting before i uninstalled all of them except now it is just giving me the same error with no reason, here below is a picture attached of what the error reads. I have restarted my computer, tried using the hdmi port on the graphics card and nothing is seeming to work, if anyone has a solution please feel free to comment below, i am out of options that i can think of and would like some more opinions. Have you integrated graphic card? If so disable it in bios and enable the discrete one. After that try to install drivers.

Try the latest drivers. If it has secure boot, you'd have to disable that. What is the pc model?
