Question Installing M.2 SSD and 2.5" SSD on Acer Nitro 5 an515-42 ?

I have a straight forward question...
I can have either 2.5" SSD or M.2 SSD...
Can I run both SSDs at once in my laptop, and if I can where should I have my Windows installed?
