[SOLVED] Installing or running softwares fails

I have strange issue on windows 10. My account has adminstrator permissons but installations of many softwares fails. For example, I can't install discord even after running installer as administrator. Some other web apps install and I can start them but nothing renders. If I log into built-in administrator account then I am able to install discord and web apps also render there. After installing discord, if I come back to my main account, I can't start discord anymore. I have to go into adminstrator account and use its shortcut to launch discord. Many similar issues are happening for me. I feel like this is some kind of file permission issue? How can I solve it? Let me know if I need to provide any other information.

Is this a fresh install, and is windows up to date?

Likely a matter of permissions.

"Explore" first before making any changes. Keep notes on what needs to be changed, where it needs to be changed, and from what current setting to what new setting.

And, as you always should be doing, ensure that your system and data is fully backed up (at least 2 x) and that the backups are proven fully recoverable and readable.

Thanks, not sure if that helped but I couldn't make it work on existing account. I created new Local account from "Computer Management" and now everything works. Thanks!
