Question Installing WIndows 10 Alongside Linux MInt (Ubuntu)

For context, we just need it for some software that's unavailable on Linux (anti cheat blocks Linux and the other app has no native port). I currently have Linux Mint on the SSD.

I've heard some horror stories about installing Linux and Windows on the same drive together, I have fast boot disabled because I know that causes Windows to start deleting files iirc. So I'm thinking of diving it 20-80 and using my HDD as extra storage for Linux. I just want to know if I'm making a big mistake by doing this.

yea i should've clarified that, sorry. The game is Infinity Nikki, my sister plays, the app is Clip Studio Art.
