I got a SSD drive and putting a fresh Windows 7 on it, i clicked custom and it asks me which partition I want to put windows on. There are 6 partitions and all of them wont work. Partitions go as the following

Name Total size/Free Space Type

Partition 1:ESP 500.0/424.0 MB, System
Partition 2: DIAGS 40.0/35.0 MB, Primary
Partition 3 (blank) 128.0/128.0 MB, MSR(Reserved)
Partition 4 (blank) 750.0/482.0 MB, OEM(Reserved)
Partition 5 OS 215.5/196.2 GB, Primary
Partition 6 PBR Image 6.7 GB/820.0 MB, OEM(Reserved)

I have the option to delete partition, however I have no idea what I will be deleting, Im assuming partition 5 is "Operating System" is what I need but...help?

It says it cannot install on that partition, should i delete everything on partition 5 and then choose that partition?
