Intel and warrenty

Hey guys,
I was wondering how long does it take intel to email you about your warranty on your CPU, the customer service rep said that there was to be some sort of e-mail to be sent to me about the next stage of the warranty proces?

It should be quick if they have accepted RMA!

She took my details phone etc, and took the assorted numbers on the CPU and the Stock fan.

It is unusual for CPU's to fail but I guess you will have to wait!

Contact CS again, perhaps they wrote your email address down wrong. You should have been sent instructions on how to package the processor, and where to send it, along with the RMA# within a day.

check your junk email folder if you used hotmail or a free email account it may be sitting in the junk mail folder.
