i know it has to be some metal plate above the CPU with "coolig ribs" and above that fan.. but again the space is very tight and i have no idea how to power the fan..there is no power conector on motherboard nor on power supply part of the system..

Was heatpipe leaking or something? How do you know, it's broken?
May be it just needs thermal paste redone.
Does heaptipe heat up, while pc is on?

Anyway - you could drill a hole in back cover (right next to heapipe fins) and put fan on the outside.

Heatpipe is hot just 4-5cm on the begining (where metal plate is with 3 screws) the rest is room temperature - not even a little warm. On this end it is so hot that cant be touched with a finger. And System shuts down with a little "pooh" noise.
It is obviuos that heat does not dissapate trough the whole lenght of the heatpipe. It is possible to buy just copper part of heat pipe but no aluminum "ribs" on it (ebay). It's possible to buy original spare part too but expensive :(

About drilling - not possible because there are 2 sheet metal parts covering the spot. One of them is cruical because it has thread holes in it, It holds the support handle of this all in one system.
