Intel core 2 duo e6750 OC help

Hey guys, I want to overclock my older Intel core 2 duo e6750 processor. I want to make sure that I can overclock my system given the specs;
-an Asus p5k mobo
-6gb DDR2 ram (2x2gb sticks are 667 mhz, 2x1gb sticks are estimated to be 800 mhz)
-80 plus bronze 500 w PSU
-EVGA Nvidia GTX 660

Will my PSU be able to support my clock on the processor with the rest of the system?
