I think I have an average chip My 4670k stable @
4.4 with 1.2v+0.020 offset
Cache 3.8 with 1.2v
Pass IB/prime/Aida
Extreme IB
Done all 3 test in prime
TEMPS underload
Max @ 78-80C
Average @ 68-72 C
Min @ 54-56 C
Idle @ 31-37 C
H80i x2 fans fix RPM 1700
AR z87 extreme6
Kingston 4gbx2 800mhz XMP profiled 1600 9-9-9-24
Now here's the problem I can't set cache ratio higher than 4.0. @4.0 It will pass all test yes. But reponsiveness seems slower including boot time. I want the cache ratio to Atleast go as close to CPU core which is 4.4 but even how much voltage I add the primetest freezes from 4.1-4.4 cache ratio. I tried slowly volting up to 1.3v to both core and cache voltage to no avail. so am I stack to this setting? I think volts above 1.3ish is bit too much. is it best to keep 4.4core and 3.8 cache? Or can someone help me push it further. Anyway I'm positive I can still push CPU core up to 4.5 with the expense of low cache like around 35.
anyway I didn't touch any orther voltages yet except core and cache voltage
Any advice?
Thanks!
Try a benchmark, like Si Soft Sandra with different settings. I have found that higher CPU ratio+ lower Cache Ratio works better than the opposite.

Hi Yogi thanks for helping me the second time. am not sure but i think it was when im choosing Motherboard and GPU
back to topic. ok ill try your suggestion bout si soft sandra but before that I tried benching using 3Dmark 11 performance. Scores @5880 and i think is kinda low. Dont you think?
im already stable @x44 + x38 on cache so if i make any adjustment like increasing or increasing cache. aside from cache voltage is it necessary to adjust System Agent voltage offset? coz i leave mine @ default +0.00
and please dont mind for further response, i made my own thread bout this topic for a clean start,

POST UPDATED:
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Ok tried different settings.
1st attemp succesful 4.5ghz
x44 vcore @1.250 overide
x38 vcache@1.280 adaptive.
system responsiveness little slow. And i dont know why but while starting from cold boot Radiator fans go wild for about 4 seconds before it settles down. Also a 3 beep sound as it boots.

2nd attemp (UNSUCCESSFUL)
x44 core, vcore @1.265v Adaptive
and x42 cache, vcache @1.260 Adaptive
Adaptive voltages for both core/cache. while testing with intel burn i checked HW for Vcore and its spiking for about 2-4 seconds @ 1.34ishV then go down again to 1.29ish.
vcache is steady @ 1.290v temps are bit too high real temp shows 89 C max same in HWmonitor. I Stop the test!
3rd attemp. Most successful i think?
x45 core, vcore @ 1.265v overide
x42 cache, vcache @1.260v adaptive it max @1.290.
as you can see here from intelburn result compared to 1st attemp i have lower Gflops but take note that in the 3rd attemp i have faster Time(s) which means a faster proccessing. 3rd test finished almost half the total time of 1st attemp. PC responsiveness, boot time is also noticeable on this 3rd settings.
I need help myself, but hopefuly my post can also give some tips for those who needs it.
I didnt touch anything else in BIOS except disable power saving and enable buttons for better overclocking.
Voltages - i didnt change anything except vcore and cahe core.
Multipliers - only change Multicore and Cache core.
Everything elese @ default
add info:

-RAM 2x4gb hyper kingston XMP'D 9-9-9-24 800Mhz @1.650v
-Cpu cooler Corsair H80i
well guys i think this is a decent chip? am i wrong?
If theres still something to fix with my settings ill really appreciate your help or advice.
Thanks!
