[SOLVED] Intel i3 8100 in a flat mATX build

Is the stock intel CPU cooler enough, because I'm thinking getting a Noctua flat cooler like NH-L9x65 or NH-L12S aren't they a bit overkill? I want to use them with an Asus prime H310M-E motherboard. Last question do they have enough clearance for ram?

Usually the stock cooler is sufficient unless you belong to a very humid region or run full load 24x7. But it nevgreat choice. er hurts to provide extra cooling. Noctua is a top choice. You cannot go better than that for that locked chip.
