Hey guys, so I am running a i7 9700k with a msi gtx 1660ti and hyperX m.2 and 16Gb Ram with x2 Dell 27" monitors, all of the sudden when playing games or doing large processes I can feel the PC freezing or lagging, I checked task manager and saw that games like COD warzone was running at 86% CPU usage aswell as The sims4 and so forth.
The stuff I have tried so far:
1.Windows defender, malwarebytes and kaspersky antivirus scan (nothing was picked up even on defender offline)
Please I am not an expert and do not know a lot on PC's just basics and I really can't afford due to time restrictions to do a full windows installs.

- Monitoring temperatures of the cpu while the usage was high, but the the temp stays under 50 degrees celcius
- Resetting the PC (not keeping personal files and uninstalling drivers and programs)
- Updating all drivers and windows aswell.
- Running a windows filecheck with sfc.
- Reseating the CPU, Ram and Graphics card.
- Running Intel diagnostic tool
- Benchmarking the GPU to see if it was underperforming or having issues (it was not)
