Always have 2 copies of anything important,(For Important Things that cannot be replaced in 5 minutes with a torrent dl) never rely on a single backup source (and at 17 cents a dvd is a cheap insurance against loss) . I was skeptical at first about having an SSD for my os but once you experience the quick responsiveness of a good ssd you will never go back, I have been going strong on my ocz 128 gig for awhile now and a sub $100 1.5 seagate for storage.
