Intel Thermal Analysis Tool

[Supergoal]

I started using this program yesterday.

However I can only seem to control and fiddle with one of the cores.

As the photo shows, the one on the right is highlighted in grey and button cannot be clicked.

Any ideas?

Pentium M is single-core I believe...

EDIT: Lol, nevermind I just noticed TAT claims that my C2 Duo is a Pentium M too.

Yeah mine is a core 2 duo too. I have seen other users of this program using both buttons on both the cores. It's so wierd that I can't!!

That is really strange. Maybe one of the cores is busted? Does Core Temp report the same thing?

I have the same issue, however when I originally got my C2D system TAT wasn't graying out the second core. It could have been from a BIOS update. Curiously, if I run Everest 3.5 and go into the Sensor section so that it displays the CPU temperatures, then close it, TAT will work properly.

Anyway, I'm assuming it is no big deal as performance seems fine and so do temperatures. Just odd :!:
