The lawsuits are not over for Intel, and no, I'm not talking about the pending N.Y. State Attorney General's suit or even the potential FCC investigation. Now it seems that Intel shareholders are joining the fray and filing a suit against Intel over anti-trust.
This brief blurb names top level Intel Execs as defendants in the case where shareholders are stating that the Intel Exces did not perform their duties and failed to protect shareholder value by not launching an internal investigation regarding the slew of anti-trust suits; despite months of requests and prompting by the shareholders.
Hector Ruiz was ousted as AMD CEO for offenses less than this. Could this suit be the end of Otellini's tenure at Intel?
No matter how you slice it, this is not good for Intel, Intel Execs, or Otellini himself...
