Internet Explorer acting Very unusual

Ok, for some strange reason all of assudden when i go to certain websites or click on certain links my IE hangs, and then if i click something on IE it goes into that (Not Responding) crapp up on top, for example, just going to microsoft.com takes like a year and then that site is completly fudged for me to search around, also, DELL.com..... alot of time also when a website has that side popup menu example

DVD PLAYERS > if you highlight the dvd player link where the arrow is another menu would fade up, know what i mean? well when the menu pops up that takes so long and also hangs IE.... What the HELL!

used PANDA and scanned whole system nothing found and also adaware and nothing.....clean stuff like that on a daily basis.. any ideas?

I ended my problem by downloading OPERA i think this application ROCKS, i love the skins, and it's packed with great features... screw IE.... opera also has good speed..

Have you tried deleting the index.dat file in the Documents and Settings\Your User Name\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files\Content.IE5 folder from another user account, and deleting the files in the Temporary Internet Files subdirectories?

um, no i didn't try that, maybe i should try that then i guess..... and for the guy above.. mozilla is better then Opera, cause i think opera rocks and the skin thing is just awesome

WEll i just did it and didn't do a thing, i had a feeling it wasn't gonna help because im usually up to date with that stuff, and i never have alot of stuff in those folders cause i delete them on a daily basis
