[SOLVED] Internet lags even with good speeds

Hello, I reinstalled my windows and now internet is terrible. If I'm talking in discord and try to play music on yt, instantly discord starts lagging. Sometimes pages are loading for like 5mins
Everything started after reinstall .
I have 1gb speed plan and I'm using wired internet

Most likely you're using the standard windows provided drivers. These drivers can get your system up and running by finding the nearest drivers they have to use, but they are not optimized drivers for your exact system.

You need to go to your system manufacturer's website or motherboard manufacturer and download the specific drivers for your system.

if normal doesnt help, try disabling it. Literally it can go either way...

it's Lenovo legion Y520 laptop,
i5-7300HQ, 16gb of ram, GTX 1060 6gb mobq, 512gb crucial p5 ssd.

I wanted to clean my system, there was so much junk, I reinstall windows once per year...
