So this is kinda a big think to ask, but I need the fastest internet plan + direct tv bundle! I don't get fios in my area. I currently have high-speed dsl @7Mb/s

Use the DSL REPORTS search function for ISPs and reviews of service, looks like you have many options, although the DirectTV limits you from all the *probably* higher speed cable providers.
