Question Internet Speed Fluctuates drastically

My Internet Speed has been acting erratic. I will start an internet speed test, during the test the download speed will peak at 800 mbps and then crash back down to around 75 mbps. This all happens during the same test. The Upload Speed is around 0.12 mbps. I installed a wifi USB card and I continued having the same issues. I don't believe its my router or in this case the extender. I also plugged my other laptop directly into the ethernet and it also did not have any issues with the internet. It seems the problem is with my PC. I reset my network settings and nothing seems to have changed.

did you compare lan speed with pc connected directly on the same router output the to he extender list all part in system .
