I have a computer which usually downloads anything as 4-8 mbps speed. But since yesterday there seems to be a cap where the downloads are capped at 1mbps. When i took speed test it was fine but during download it gets stuck at 1mbps. I tried to download the same torrent file which i did last week with better speed and now it seems to be stuck at 1. I did make a change yesterday where i added a 1TB hard drive to my system. but how is adding hard drive is gonna change my internet and torrent. Does anyone a solution to resolve this.

Click start -> type "run" -> type "gpedit.msc" -> click administrative templates -> network -> QoS Packet Scheduler -> limit reservable bandwidth. Ensure limit bandwidth is set to 0. Try to see if this works. Best of luck
