Question Internet Time out When my Loptab connect modem

Hello
Im Using Windows 10 64x for my loptab
When im Connect to modem by Wifi or lan Cabl i have some pings in cmd and after a minute it Time out. Even my Mobile that connected to wifi , internet gone .
I Try my modem by my pc and its work fine. But My Loptab still Having This Problem. How can i Fix it?!

I Try malware Scan in safe mode. And Finde some Trojan and treathes. I delet them them and now its done and work Fine. Thank u man
