Question Invalid IP address

Out of nowhere, while i was downloading through bitcomet, it stopped downloading with the ethernet icon having a yellow triangle saying it doesnt have a valid IP address, i tried everything from troubleshoots except network reset. The wifi works on every other device except the PC with the repeater
Specs:
Windows 10 Pro 64 bit
Motherboard Biostar B350T (no OC on everything anything)
GPU RX 580 8GB
CPU Ryzen 5 1600
RAM ddr4 2x4GB 2400mhz
Repeater/extender (im not sure which one)
Is approx appRP01V2

Did your ISP block your IP?

I'd say your ISP blocked you - you need to contact them. Its not illegal to download using torrents, but some files you can download via torrents are illegal. So the ISP has to by law, block you or they get in trouble. Welcome to 21st Century Big Brother

Happened to my nephew last year , he got blocked and a letter from ISP.

Also of i connect it directly to the router via ethernet cable, it works, when connected to the repeater, nope
