[SOLVED] Irregular Startup "reboot and select proper boot device"

Every few days while booting windos gives me this error. Restarting only helps when i wait for 30 min in between. I tryed to change the boot order but without waiting none of my devices showed up. I can't reconize any patterns with this error. I tried to load the default bios settings but it didn't help.
My SSD is a Cricial MX500, my HDD https://www.amazon.de/Blue-Interne-Festplatte-Zoll-WD10EZEX/dp/B0088PUEPK and Motherboard is a ASRock B350 Fatality K4

When you installed windows on your ssd, where both drives connected? or you could be losing your OS drive (ssd?). Other than that, it, could be a heat issue, when was the last time you cleaned the dust out of your case; especially in the CPU heatsink and PSU intake.
