Is 20 Degrees for CPU too low or normal ?

when i only browse internet my cpu temp goes as low as 19 celsius degrees (i7 6700k with watercooling)

was wondering is this normal ? can i run into any problem if it is this low ? or the lower the better ?

Lower is better, say no to high temperatures.

What is the ambient temperature of the room? If you CPU is saying it's colder than the air in the room, something is wrong...

I think it's fine, since it's watercooling (and I suppose you didn't overclock) it should be possible. Do know that temperature readings on CPU's are not always a 100% accurate in software and in BIOS it won't show temperatures under true load of the OS and programs.

What is the ambient temp of the room?
Watercooling or no, it can't be below the actual room temp.

Also, idle reading are often off by quite a bit.

CPU temp as measured how/in what application? (Try HWMonitor)

Even at idle, with the CPU running at only 800 MHz, I'd expect more than 19C, typically 26-27C or so...(If you had your PC in a 10C ambient area, perhaps 19C would be at least feasible)
