Question Is 312 watts PSU is alright with my build?

Hello, I'm building a new PC and need to know if the 300 watt PSU will do on it. So my cousin gave me his GTX 1650 and 300 watt PSU because he was replacing his components. I decided that with these free parts, I'd rather build a new PC than sell the components. Here is the list of parts.


LIST:
Ryzen 5 3600
Biostar B450M
Vengeance 2x8 3200mhz
GTX 1650 GDDR6 (75 watts version)


My main issue with this build is the Ryzen 5 3600, which, according to the Tomshardware site, uses 70-95 watts. I'm afraid right now about the PSU's ability to withstand such a load. The worst thing was that I spent all of my budget on the motherboard, RAM, and CPU.

Do you have any further details on the PSU other than wattage?

Brand, model, age, used mostly under a light load, heavy load?

sorry not to include PSU Details. Its Silverstone SFX 300 W 80+ Bronze. I Mostly do basic stuff like gaming and browsing.
