I will not do a SLI in a future, also I will not overclock the GPU or the PSU!

Short answer, is no. The min requirements for that are 500w. You would be taking a real chance with your current PSU trying to run it.

Time for an upgrade if you want the card.

thermaltake is anyway not a good PSU brand, stick with the 760 and get a better PSU from Corsair/Antec/Seasonic

+1. 450 watts is absolutely ample, but if you try to get anywhere near the rated power from a bad quality PSU then it'll die. I bought a Thermaltake PSU a couple of years ago (using 300 watts less than it was rated for!) and even then it died after six months.

Yes. GTX 760 shows a total draw power of 170W. The remaining system components you've listed would require roughly the same amount of power combined.

No. Would not recommend. It has a split 12V rail @14 and 13 amps a piece.

Get a quality unit with a single rail and 450W would suffice, provided you don't plan on major expansions to the system.
