I'd like to buy a 2070; 600w is enough for overclock it? Or is it better to buy a good 2060 and overclock it? Thanks

My current specs:
Cpu: i5 9400f
Gpu: Gtx 1660 super
Motherboard: Gigabyte H310M s2h 2.0
Ram: 16gb 3000MhZ
Hdd: 3TB 7200rpm
Ssd: Kingston A400 256gb
Psu: Riotoro builder edition 600w
2x 120mm fans, & a normal cpu air cooler

Solution
I don't know much about the Riotoro PSUs, so it's hard to say.

A quality 600W is sufficient, yes.

A 2060, even overclocked isn't too great a step up over a 1660Super, and I'd look to a minimum 2070.... preferably 2070 Super.
