[SOLVED] Is 650w psu good enough for Asrock rx 7800xt challenger oc ?

Hi, my cpu i5-4670k, gpu - Asrock rx 7800xt challenger oc, mobo- gigabyte z87x-ud3h, bios version F10b, psu corsair cs650m, corsair ram 4x4gb @1600 mhz dual channel, Crucia MX 500 500gb ssd, ,windows10, cpu cooler-Hyper 212X.
Is 650w psu good enough for Asrock rx 7800xt challenger oc considering my other pc components are low end and do not use much power? in my country, the domestic electricity line is of 230 volte. Does having higher voltage line helps power supply?

How old is the unit in question? Even if the unit was brand new, I'd vote against using it in 2023.

This PSU should do you just fine:
COOLER MASTER MWE 650 Bronze V2 230v 80 Plus Bronze Certified 650 Watts PSU - ₹5,499
There are better ones but the only place that I know to look for things like this in Inda is Flipkart. It doesn't really matter though because this PSU would be good enough for what you need. Cooler Master power supplies aren't exactly top-of-the-line but they're very popular and have been in the PSU game for well over a decade.
