Question is a Pure Loop 2 good enough?

I'm putting together a new PC since my old one just died. I'm putting in an AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D cpu. I'm wondering if a Be Quiet! Pure Loop 2 360mm would be sufficient for cooling. I'm going to have my computer under heavy load for extended periods. If not, I'd rather try and keep it as cheap as possible.

CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D

Motherboard: MSI MAG X670E Tomahawk

GPU: Nvidia GeForce 4080 Super

Power Supply: Be Quiet! Pure Power 12 M 850 watt

Cooling: Be Quiet! Pure Loop 2 360mm.

Memory: G.Skill Trident Z5 DDR5-6000

SSD: Samsung 990 2TB.

I'd rather try and keep it as cheap as possible.

Get a Thermalright cooler for about half the cost or more of the Pure Loop.
A Phantom Spirit, a Peerless Assassin, or one of their many AIOs.
