My tj max of my 6 yrs old toshiba satellite is 105 C according to core temp. Also when i play sims 3, or sims 4 it can reach about 75°C when also 100% cpu. Its also happen since my laptop was 1 yrs old on 2015(since starting that year i turn my power plan to power saver/eco even its laggy to prevent overheat) Also many says on forum that 80°C is also fine. But iftemperature stay near to tj max with couple of hours is dangerous when gaming?

Solution
Not a problem, if it is within the specs for the cpu then it is designed to work fine. You could always get a Laptop cooling board/pad as the do help with temps if you want to keep them down further.

Just as an example but you can also get good ones for less and most are really quiet , I have one for my Lenovo laptop and keeps temps 5-10c cooler depending on use in the summer as it gets warm here.
