[SOLVED] Is every 4 pin connection on the motherboard a RGB Header?

I bought some LED stripes and in the manual it says I shoud plug the stripes to a 4 pin connector labled as "RGB HEADER" but I just have some 4 pin connectors labled as "FRONT1-FAN" or "SYS-FAN".
My question is: Are these 4 pin connectors also RGB Headers or are these just for fans to connect to the motherboard (for power?)?

Every answer is appreciated :)

Solution
Fan headers are for providing power to fan motors and for regulating fan speed.
RGB header is for powering RGB illumination.
Those are different things.
RGB fan needs one connection for fan motor and another connection for lights.

This is fan header (for motor)
