Is Gainward a good GPU make?

I heard of them now for the first time, checked out their GPU designs and they seem legit, any one have any experience with them personally?

I was looking at the Phantom GTX 560.

It's a bit more expensive than the Msi equivalent, by $13 - which one would you choose?

I'm not sure if it'll be worth it to get that, but it should be fine. If it's $200 I'd say you can get a 560 ti, it'll be more worth it.
