I will have very limited system most likely with Ryzen 5 3600,16GB DDR4 3200mhz Ram, RX 5500 XT 8GB and 1 M.2 NVME budget SSD. I don't care about PCIE GEN 4 or future gen CPU compatibility, i care about motherboards ability to run system without throttling at stock speeds. 2700x has TDP of 105watts, everything else is 65 watts.
The thing is i can get this board very cheap for 37$ (new condition) and it also has Q-Flash Plus Update BIOS function, it also has 4+3 Phases Pure Digital VRM Solution with Low RDS(on) MOSFETs , but doesn't seem to have VRAM Heatsinks. Do you think this motherboard will do good with no overclock, except for RAM (XMP). Main purpose will be rendering, game development, gaming.
