PC was showing artifacts after only being open for about 30 minutes then I tried restarting it by using the power button but im unable to boot up it as it only shows black screen.

First. It was trying to open it and monitor has a signal but it still black screen.

Then I tried removing the GPU then inserting it again but its not showing anymore its just no signal.

Any solution or any other idea what might be the problem except the gpu?

Specs:
R5 3600
16Gb RAM
MSI GTX 1070 One-fan
1TB nvme and a 240gb SSD

how do you know the system is not booting with only a black screen?

do the motherboard and peripherals still power up properly and show any available lights?
does the motherboard have an onboard readout for boot codes, errors, etc?

have you tried another display, another video output cable to this display, and a different video output port from the GPU?

Yup, all peripherals are working. It actually managed to "fix" itself when i stopped using it for about 4hrs but then it came back.

I managed to find the problem that a gpu driver is causing it, then i tried to reformat it since i cant get into the windows screen to safe boot it.

Now my problem is if all gpu driver arent working and causes artifacts, is my gpu cooked?

The fixed itself caught my eye.

Both of these have something in common. The card starts out working than goes south.

Have you checked the card for dust bunnies and hair clogging the GPU cooler exhaust fins.

In a full check also look at the CPU for dust build up as well.

Word of caution if you do open up pc to clean unplug from the wall and than hold down the power button for 20 seconds to drain left over power in power supply.

Also don't let the fans spin if you blow it out.

Just rested and now the pc wont open, like fans no spinning or no lights on the pc but the keyboard and mouse is lighting up. Is this still a gpu problem or psu?

cleaninng the gpu and found out that the mosfet and the gpu black thing is full of dust and cotton
may want to work on adding some extra filters to the case in any space that dust/debris can enter.

years ago for older systems i always kept a large roll of very fine mesh screen handy.
would just cut sections out to the size necessary and attach them in areas that had openings or where filters had too large of holes.
