Question is it a big deal to buy an used psu?

So I saw this on ML (I live in Argentina) and I thought it was a good deal, it costs 4000 pesos, equals to 100u$

It's kinda hard to make out on Google translate, but basically the seller is selling a ATX case with two fans and a 700w PSU correct? This all for 4000 pesos (209 US dollars).

Can you verify what PSU model it is? Can you contact the buyer about the PSU condition? Does the website mercadolibre.com offer any grantee on your money back, if the item is described incorrectly or is damaged during/before shipping?

The Deepcool DA700 PSU isn't a horrible PSU. That sounds like a pretty solid deal.

Actually, current exchange rate on 4000 ARS gets you $92.60(US), so that's not quite as bad as I initially imagined. I'd still be wary of any used PSU.
