Question Is it necessary for me to get 144hz or will 75hz suffice?

I just bought a gaming pc which has the GTX 1660 GPU and I was wondering what type of monitor would I need.

I'm a little tight on budget and would prefer something under £150 however I have found the HP 25mX at £199 which has 144hz and was wondering whether I need to cough up a little more cash or would I be fine with a 75hz monitor.

As for things that I'll be playing, on and off will be COD Warzone, aside from that it's more story driven games like AC OD, Witcher 3 etc.

Please help!! Thank you

ussually people match their refresh rate with their fps.If you get like 60-100 fps,buy a 75hz monitor. If you get 100-150 (i mean if you always have 150fps) buy a 144Hz monitor. The 1660 can reach 150fps with the rest of the components being good.So see how much fps you get and decide on your own.
