[SOLVED] Is it normal?

Hello guys, In the Upper of my screen there is black line is that normal? Yes I can't get my cursor on it I have checked my resolution its 1920x1080 (recommended)

I mean it shouldn't be if it doesn't cover up anything that is on the screen, and the screen ends there. Some monitors do have gaps between the bezels and the starts of the screen, making the bezels just look a bit thicker. But if you don't mind that bar being there, it should be totally fine!

I have fixed it the solution was pulling it up by my self.
