[SOLVED] Is it normal?

I mean it shouldn't be if it doesn't cover up anything that is on the screen, and the screen ends there. Some monitors do have gaps between the bezels and the starts of the screen, making the bezels just look a bit thicker. But if you don't mind that bar being there, it should be totally fine!
