For some days while starting the computer, it did not start normally.. It stopped in bios and made the cracking sound of my hard disk, so I got worried and did a S.M.A.R.T check on the hard Disk Sentinel.
It found Some error on my 3 Terabyte Hard-drive ,
Relocated Sector Count : 181
Relocation Event Count: 11
Current Pending Sector Count: 54
off-line Uncorrectable Sector Count: 25

I saw YouTube video and changed the offset values and Run Crystal disk info.
it found: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1nSp-0JzsLLAORHQrTkrTmg4qQFEMEj9t/view?usp=sharing

Relocated Sector Count : 194 (I think)
Current Pending Sector Count: 200 (I think)
off-line Uncorrectable Sector Count: 200 (I think)

I was thinking to take it to a hard disk professional thinking if he can fix it. So before going to him I wanted to make sure if my hard disk can be fixed or not?
Should I change the hard disk ASAP or try to see how it goes?

Relocated sectors can not be fixed.
Pending sectors can be fixed though.

Please use imgur.com for your screenshot uploads instead.
google drive files are not always accessible.

What is the current backup situation for the data on this drive?
(and all your other storage devices)

I am trying to only backup only important files from 3 Terabyte, Because i can not backup my full 3 terabyte to another drive without buying at least 2 Terabyte, If i have no choice but to buy then i will buy it. But if i can fix my drive then i will fix it...

Even if you "fix it" (you can't)...you still need a good backup.

A storage device can die at any moment. Even one almost brand new.
Yours could die as I'm writing this.

What you back up and how is related to your tolerance of pain and loss.

So if i take it to a hard disk professional. They can not fix it? I have to totally replace this drive?

I would buy a HGST drive. Most high capacity WD drives are rebranded HGST models. Many WD "5400 RPM class" drives actually spin at 7200 RPM.

Choose CMR in preference to SMR.

HGST not available where I live in. Here only SEAGATE, WD, Toshiba & Transcends are popular and easy to get. The shopkeeper suggested SEAGATE 5400 RPM. He told me it will last long

Are Toshiba Better? My Failed Disc was Western Digital Black. So should i buy Toshiba?

You probably shouldn't make any assumptions about hard drive reliability.

They can all fail at any moment for whatever reason. Protect yourself with backups.

A Toshiba can fail as easily as another Western Digital. Naturally, it's understandable why you don't have a good opinion of Western Digital....you had a bad experience

Accept that any of them can fail immediately and hope for the best.
